Report a Problem - Print-N-Go

For any problems printing to the Papercut-erie printers:

  1. If you are a Student and have not done so, log into Papercut (https://papercut-erie.gannon.edu/user) to create your account. (Note: Faculty/Staff accounts are auto-created overnight after your Date of Hire)
  2. For Students using personal devices: Download and set up your Print-N-Go printer.
  3. For Faculty/Staff, the Print-N-Go queue will show up on your Gannon own computer automatically. For personal Faculty/Staff devices, please follow the "Print-N-Go - Connect to Personal Computer" Knowledge Base article.
  4. Please see the other Related Articles from our Knowledge Base.
  5. If you are still having problems printing to the Print-N-Go printer, click on the Create a Ticket button and a technician will be in contact with you.

 

Print Account Support Request

  • Request to be added to or removed from a Departmental account for Staff/Faculty/Student in PaperCut
  • Request printing accounts for Work-Study Students/Graduate Assistants/Research Assistants
  • Request a refund for Paper in PaperCut
  • Request additional Funds in PaperCut
  • Request Account for PaperCut Print system
