Resolution/Troubleshooting

Users unable to successfully download and install the app can contact LiveSafe support. Typical response time is within 24 hours. Users can also access a support section within the app to assist with answering frequently asked questions and contains links to contact support mentioned above.

To access this within the app:

  1. Click the three horizontal lines in the top left hand corner. 
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Click on 'Request LiveSafe Support'.
