Problems and Resolutions

OneDrive Internal and External Sharing:

If you don’t have the “sharing” link on your local computer try the following:

• Go to User Account Setting in control panel and if set it to Never notify, change it back to default, then reboot.

Error When Checking Quarantine Emails:

When clicking on a message in the quarantine notification email from Microsoft, user received the following error message:

Resolution

•  Select cancel and you will have the ability to review Quarantined items as normal.

Note: This is a known issue on Microsoft’s end.
