When using software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams Mac users need to grant permission before being able to share their screen.

Resolution/Troubleshooting
1. Navigate to "System Preferences"
2. Select "Security and Privacy"
3. Click the lock on the bottom left and enter your credentials (for the computer)
4. Select "Screen Recording" from the left side panel and click the box next to Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom.
Note: If Teams/Zoom is not shown, click the + button and navigate to the Applications folder and add Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom.
