Colleague Transcript Generation / Printing Issues

Description

When trying to generate or print transcripts from XTSP or TRAN in Colleague the process does not complete successfully. 


Resolution/Troubleshooting 

  1. Set the 'Verify Prt Restrs' to "No" on the form.
  2. Enter in relevant fields and save out of the form.

Note: There is also a known Ellucian issue related to printing transcripts in batch where only the first student will print.


Cause

By default, this field is set to 'Yes'. These processes will not produce or print a report if the student has restrictions in place. Possible reasons for the restriction range from library fines to Student account holds. Please contact the Registrar's Office for more information regarding these restrictions.
