Removal from Gannon Email Lists


Student wants to be removed from any Gannon email list, including broadcast emails, Code of conduct emails, etc. 


We do not remove accounts from Office365 nor do we remove accounts from our email lists. Remove any forwards set up in their Office365 account to prevent any emails going to their external email account.

  1. Log into using Gannon login credentials 
  2. Click on the "Office365 Settings" icon
  3. App Settings, click on "Mail"
  4. Under Accounts choose "Forwarding"
  5. Click on "Stop Forwarding" and click "Save"
