MS Outlook Public Calendar


Adding a public calendar to calendar view.


You will need to add the public calendar to your favorites first. 

  • Click the "Folder List", located in the lower left or side panel of the Outlook window (depends on your version of Outlook).
    • If it is not pinned then it could be found under "More Apps".
  • Scroll down to the public folders and locate your desired public calendar.
  • Right-click the public calendar and select "Add to Favorites"

Accessing public calendar:

  • Go to "Calendar" view and check the box to view that calendar
    • The public calendar will appear under 'Other calendars' in the side menu.
