Forwarding Gannon Email

Looking to forward copies of your Gannon email to a personal email address.     

Resolution/Troubleshooting

Faculty/Staff can't redirect Gannon email to another email address:

• We do not enable forwarding of emails as it is against policy to allow users to forward their email off the Gannon email server. This is a global setting that can’t be changed.

Students can redirect Gannon email to another email address:

• Log into https://outlook.office.com/ and click on the gear icon at the top right corner for settings
• Select the "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom 
• Select "Mail" on the left hand panel, then select "Forwarding"
  • Check the "Enable forwarding" box and enter a personal email you would like the emails forwarded to
    • Note: It cannot be forwarded to another Gannon email address
