Colleague ERP users can print and release jobs at any MPS printer.
Resolution/Troubleshooting
Rather than using Print-N-Go queues please send Colleague output to one of four defined queues.
- CLIVEL (Colleague LIVE Landscape orientation)
- CLIVEP (Colleague LIVE Portrait orientation)
- CTESTL (Colleague TEST Landscape orientation)
- CTESTP (Colleague TEST Portrait orientation)
Visit the MPS printer of your choice, swipe your Gannon ID card on the print device, select and release your print job. Colleague print jobs will be noted in the queue as UniData Document. Note: Print jobs not retrieved within 48 hours will be deleted from the print queue.
