More Information

  • When logging into the Colleague UI system, it uses your Colleague login, not your Gannon login. Your Colleague login is generally the first 5 letters of your last name, followed by your first initial, middle initial. If you do not have a middle name, it's the first 2 letters of your first name.

Resolution/Troubleshooting 

  • If you are missing your mouse:
    • Clear your browser cache and rebooting your computer.
  • The recommended browser: 
    • Google Chrome or Firefox..
  • If you are having issues downloading and saving files in Chrome:
    • Go to Settings --> Advanced --> Downloads
    • Turn on "Ask where to save each file before downloading." 
    • This will ask you where to save any file, every time it is run.
  • In the case of a long running process warning message:
    • ​​​​​​​Wait until the process has completed.
    • Log out of the UI and close your browser fully, then go back in. 
    • There is a slight memory leak in Google Chrome that may impact performance, so it is recommended to close your browser fully periodically.
