Tags email

ITS provides limited support beyond setting up email on devices. User might run into problems if they are using the native mail app (i.e. the mail app that comes already installed on to your smart phone). With the variety of mobile devices and apps these instructions could vary, especially with android devices. ITS recommends using the Outlook app.

The easiest way to to get email set up since the migration to Microsoft 365 on a phone or tablet is to remove the account set up per the instructions below in case you are already signed in. Then set up the Microsoft Authenticator App before re-adding the account, so it can properly authentic your account. Click here to visit our KB with instructions on how to set up the Microsoft. Authenticator App

Note: We recommend setting up the Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) before the Microsoft Authenticator App.
