Innosoft Fusion is a Recreation Center Management System.  This software is utilized by staff to run the operation at the Recreation and Wellness Center at both the Erie and Ruskin campuses.  Fusion includes a responsive self-service member portal for members and an optional mobile app to perform various functions online.  Functions of the software include:

• Membership enrollment and management
• Member ID card production
• Waiver processing and electronic signatures
• Admittance and gate entry
• Parking
• Locker rental
• Towel rental
• Equipment checkout
• Group fitness class scheduling
• Personal fitness scheduling
• Facility-court-field reservations
• Intramurals
• Point of sale for consumables and products
• Payroll processing for trainers and instructors
• Reoccurring EFT for membership dues
• Accepts a full range of credit cards and GUGold for all services, in person and online.

How to access the application:

Fusion requires a software installation procedure which includes three prerequisite Microsoft .NET programs and patches and then the Fusion software itself.
