How to Reset or Change Your Password (Using Microsoft SSPR)

Follow the steps below to reset your password using Self Service Password Reset:

  1. Visit
  2. Enter your Gannon email address and the automated CAPTCHA image displayed

3.  Select a recovery method for account verification

4.  Enter your recovery code and select "Next"

5.  Enter your new password in both the "Enter new password" box and the "Confirm new password" box. Note: Do not cut and paste

6.  Then click "Finish"
Note: An email notification is sent to your primary and alternate email address confirming your recent password reset.
