How to Sign Out of Everything Microsoft 365 on all Devices

Instructions on how to sign out of everything Microsoft 365 on all devices. These instructions can be used as a step in fixing or troubleshooting sync issues upon the conversion to Microsoft 365.

Resolution/Troubleshooting 

1. Navigate to office.com and sign in with your Gannon credentials.
2. In the upper right corner, click the Account icon, this may display as your profile image or your initials, and select 'view account'.

      3.On the 'my account' page, click 'Sign Out Everywhere'

• Click 'Yes' to confirm you want to sign out of all sessions and all devices.
