Description

How to use Colleague forms and reports to monitor section enrollment and waitlists.  These forms and reports are primarily used by academic Deans, Program Chairs, Directors and their staff.

• CWLI – Course Waitlist Inquiry
• SWLI – Section Waitlist Inquiry
• SXWL – Section Cross-List Waitlist Inquiry
• WAIT – Waitlist report  (includes section & student data)
• ENST – Enrollment Statistics (summary report of section enrollment/capacity)
• CSAR – Section Availability Report (Similar to ENST, but includes Room Capacity)
