Application Overview

SelectSurvey by ClassApps is an on premise enterprise web based survey tool used to author forms and surveys. If authorized any Gannon student, faculty or staff member can author surveys. Functions include a robust series of question types, looping and conditional questions and pages, several deployment options and sets of reports to analyze results including export features. The application contains a responsive design and responses can be anonymous if desired.

Account used to access this application:

Gannon Network ID and Gannon Password.

Application licensing information:

Gannon has 100 licenses to author surveys.  License to respond to a survey is unlimited.
