Astra Schedule is an enterprise class scheduling system that integrates with Colleague to manage rooms for classes, exams and events. It also has the capability to optimize and analyze space utilization, create “what-if” scenario models for classroom assignments, and schedule other required event services or equipment. This robust tool can also produce custom calendars and reports to enhance visibility into campus scheduling.
1st level: Access that everyone at Gannon University has if you have an active University Internet ID and password. This access allows you to view events, Classrooms, Holiday Schedules and check availability of locations. No special request is needed for this access.
2nd level: Access is reserved for administrative room schedulers who schedule classes and/or events for their academic department.
3rd level: Access is reserved for the system administrator who takes care of all configuration changes.
