Report a Problem with Faculty, Staff, Student, or Department ID/Account

Network ID creations for new Students, Faculty or Staff are automatically created within 24 hours.

For students:

• How long ago did you apply or make your initial deposit?  Network IDs are automatically created 24 business hours after initial deposit is received or 24 business hours after registration. A Social Security number or SEVIS ID must also be on file.

For Faculty or Staff:

• When did you meet with Human Resources? Network IDs are automatically created 24 business hours after meeting with Human Resources.
