A departmental network ID can be created upon request from the department and may contain an email address. This departmental network ID will be created within 2 business days, and you will be notified of the network ID and password. Persons using this departmental network ID must comply with the Code of Conduct for Use of Information Technology at Gannon University.
This form is to be completed and confirmed by an authorized agent of the University.
You are responsible for this account and ensuring that the person(s) using this Network ID has reviewed and complies with the Code of Conduct for Use of Information Technology at Gannon University.
Note: All requests for an Employee Network ID, including temporary employees, must go through Human Resources.
