Your Network ID will be the first 8 characters of your last name with a 3-digit suffix (example: smith031).
More Information
- Your Network ID is part of your email address. The complete email address will be NetworkID@gannon.edu.
- Students: Network ID gets emailed out to the personal email that you applied to Gannon University with, if you did not receive an email check your spam/junk mailbox.
- New Hires: Must contact HR for the welcome email with login credentials.
Resolution/Troubleshooting
Network IDs can also be found for students by navigating to https://selfservice.gannon.edu and click on the 'forgot your user name?'. Enter your first name, last name, and the personal email used to apply to Gannon and click 'Submit'. Your Network ID will be sent to your personal email.
