- There is no way for anyone to even tell which survey submission belongs to which student.
- Students are typically surveyed within the last two weeks of classes, excluding finals week. However, this timeframe varies for courses that have different term schedules. Students will receive notifications to alert them to any open course evaluations.
- The duration of the survey also varies depending on the duration of the course, according to the IPM. The following table outlines the survey administration timeline in accordance with the course length.

Forgot to submit the course evaluation:
- Course evaluations are available for a specific time frame. Notifications are sent before and during the time it is available. Students are asked to complete these surveys within this time frame. Once the time expires, there is no way to re-open or re-deploy the surveys. See helpful links below for more information such as the time frame course evaluations are deployed.
