FortiNAC Persistent Agent

Description

Gannon Information Technology Services is implemented a Persistent Agent for FortiNac to make Gannon-owned laptops more secure and also to help simplify the Network Scan process for Gannon owned laptops.

This Agent is installed on all Gannon Owned laptops, Desktop devices will not be effected.  Each time you connect to the GUWireless network your system will reach out to the FortiNAC system to see if you meet the security requirements for the network.  If you pass the FortiNAC Persistent Agent Icon will have a Green Check Mark:

If your system Does not meet the requirements then the Agent Icon will be a Red Check mark:    You will also get a Windows Notification Pop up that will tell you "Your access has been Restricted…"
