Microsoft Teams webinars provide the tools to schedule webinar events, manage attendee registration, and more.

  • Organizers and co-organizers can manage the webinars
  • Presenters have camera/mic/and share abilities. Cannot manage webinar
  • Attendees that register get a link to join the webinar and by default go to a Lobby and need to be admitted by the organizer or co-organizer
  • The best practice is to be logged into Teams with your Gannon credentials before creating a webinar. Also, open your default browser and login to office.com as some Teams webinar settings use your default browser.
