Resolution/Troubleshooting
Current plans do not cover International Travel; this includes Canada & Mexico. In order to ensure you have the best possible coverage for International Travel, enter a Help Desk ticket here with at least 2 weeks notice prior to travel, including the following information.
- The dates you will be leaving & returning
- Where you are going
- The services you will use most; voice/data/both
- If you will need access to the Gannon VPN
- The budget number to be charged back for additional plan services & any overage charges.
Note: Most countries are “pay as you go” with no available discount plans. In that case we will send you the current data & calling rates.
We will adjust your plan accordingly. Any International charges not covered under our plan will be charged back to your department if work-related, or to yourself if personal. Even with the plan adjustment, international calls are extremely costly, so please text, email, Skype, Facetime or place the call from a land line to avoid major overage charges.
