Description
Instructions for Clients that have submitted a TeamDynamix "Request for new Software" form would like to know the status of their request.
Resolution/Troubleshooting
These requests are reviewed by members of the Data, Applications, Standards & Coding Committee (DASC). Clients can check the status by following the below steps.
- Have the submitter of the request log into TDClient and click on the "Services" menu icon.
- Click on the "Project Requests" link in the submenu.

- A list of requests will be shown including the current "Status" and a "Modified Date

- Click on the request hyperlink for more details. Clicking this hyperlink also provides the ability to add comments at the bottom of the page in the "Feed" section.
