How to Check the Status of a Software Request?

Description

Instructions for Clients that have submitted a TeamDynamix "Request for new Software" form would like to know the status of their request.


Resolution/Troubleshooting

These requests are reviewed by members of the Data, Applications, Standards & Coding Committee (DASC). Clients can check the status by following the below steps.

  1. Have the submitter of the request log into TDClient and click on the "Services" menu icon.
  2. Click on the "Project Requests" link in the submenu.  
  3. A list of requests will be shown including the current "Status" and a "Modified Date
  4. Click on the request hyperlink for more details. Clicking this hyperlink also provides the ability to add comments at the bottom of the page in the "Feed" section.
