Reauthenticate Office Applications

In the case you get access or a licensing error when trying to access local versions of MS Office, re-authenticating may resolve your issue. Follow the instructions below. 

Verify access by:

  • Going to office.com and log in,
  • Locating the "Install Office" icon is available in the upper right hand corner  
  • Determining email is functioning properly.

If all these conditions are true, open Word or Excel, select your profile, sign out then sign back in.

If these conditions are not true, contact the Help Desk.
