Where to submit assignments/Multiple Submissions in a Drop Box

Professors teaching the course have control over the content and the number of submissions per assignment drop box. Please contact the instructor of the course with inquiries as to where / how assignments should be submitted.

  1. Navigate to gannon.blackboard.com and sign in with Gannon credentials.
  2. Access the drop box and make your original submission.
    • Under "Assignment Details" you should see a gray field labeled "Grade," a blue field labeled "Attempt," and a field labeled "Submission."
      • The "Submission" field should include downloadable links, which are copies of the files you have already submitted.
  3. Under the "Submission" field, there will be a "Start New?" option if the professor has allowed multiple submissions.
    • Your professor will be able to see and access both the original files you submitted and subsequent files submitted via this method.
  4. If you do not see a "Start New" button, this means you have maxed out on the number of files you may submit.
    • At this point, you should contact your instructor to allow you additional attempts or to verify that all parts of the assignment should be submitted as separate files.
