Resolution/Troubleshooting
MyHousing displaying a message that the session has timed out when attempting to sign:
Student Living would need to check to see if your name has come across into their system yet.
- Graduate Living on Campus: Not showing up in StarRez, graduates living on campus need to let Graduate Admissions know they plan on doing so, so that they can change the code in the system. Within 1 business day, the student will appear in the StarRez system and will be able to log in.
- Staff Accessing MyHousing: Clicking on the MyHousing link, it will error out because staff are not in the StarRez system.
Missing or incorrect information:
- If information is not correct or missing in the MyHousing software, contact Admissions at ext. 5820 to update. This would be information such as name, date of birth, IDs, address, gender, etc.
- If information needs to be changed or updated such as 1st priority for dorm, contact Residence Life at ext. 7564 to update.
