The default setting when saving files in EvalTools changes to a "xxx.zip" file. How do I change this? In a web browser for downloading file, "docx" will be defaulted to "zip".
To resolve this problem, please pay attention to the file extension that you will want to download. For example, if the original file in EvalTools was in "xxx.docx", by default it will be changed to "xxx.zip" during downloading. Please change the extension from "xxx.zip" back to "xxx.docx" before clicking "save". The file will be saved in its original format. Similarly for Excel file "xxx.xlsx".
