Dude Solutions software is how all maintenance requests are entered.

Resolution/Troubleshooting 

To access the software:

1. Sign into my.gannon.edu
2. Click: "University Resources"
3. Select: "Physical Plant"
4. Select: "Maintenance Work Orders" in the left side panel. This will take you to Dude Solutions.
5. Click: "+ New".
   •  Fill in all required information.
     • Click "Submit and a work order will be generated.
