Computer Equipment Repair

Gannon University's ITS Department does not provide hardware support to any equipment not owned by Gannon University.

 ITS will provide assistance with Gannon networking configuration, Virtual Private Networking (VPN), and Gannon wireless configuration. Gannon ITS will provide assistance to students, faculty, or staff that are experiencing malware and/or virus problems. Gannon ITS assumes no responsibility for any current or future problems that may occur from the services provided.

Student, Faculty, and Staff personal computers - Gannon ITS does not provide hardware support for personal computer issues however, we can assess and make recommendations. 

Gannon-owned hardware/software - Gannon University's ITS department will provide full support service to Gannon ITS-purchased hardware and software. A work order must be submitted and a complete description of the issue must be entered.
