Application Overview

EngageU is a software platform used to centralize, organize, and increase student involvement opportunities. This robust platform provides the tools for not only administrative use by the staff but to individual students as well as clubs and organizations.  Students are able to find opportunities for involvement or activities based on their personal interests.  Organization profiles let students browse, search and sort through all the organizations and activities offered on campus.  Students may become engaged in activities on campus by viewing the virtual flyer board which highlights upcoming events.  The campus news feed also shows the latest announcements and details on campus.  EngageU also provides a gateway to involvement opportunities and allows students to document their participation and learning (EngageU transcript.)

EngageU also offers a variety of tools for student leaders involved in a club or organization on campus.  With EngageU they can: customize an organization profile with content and graphics; post articles to a campus news ticker and allow commenting on group discussion "walls"; manage club rosters and fill positions with newly-recruited members; send out e-mails or text messages (SMS) to specific officers, event attendees, or an entire organization membership list; promote events through a virtual flyer board that simultaneously includes all posted events on a campus-wide calendar; hold secure online elections for open officer positions and store electronic documents, photos, and other files and control who can access them.

Enter your network ID (your Gannon email address before the '@') and password to log in.
