Colleague Login & Password Reset

Login credentials for Colleague are not the same as the regular Gannon account. Specific access needs to be requested and granted to access Colleague. There are two types of Colleague accounts: standard staff/faculty accounts and departmental accounts.

The username for a standard account is the first 5 characters of your last name followed by the initial of your first name and the initial of your middle name. If there is no middle name, it's the first two letters of the first name instead.

For example, if your name is Mary E. Smith, the Colleague User ID would be smithme. If your name is Mary Smith, the Colleague User ID would be smithma.

Colleague Password Resets 

  • Standard Account Password Reset: Navigate to webui.gannon.edu under the 'Forgot / Want to change your password?' section
    • You will then need to wait 30-minutes for the new password to update. If you are still experiencing trouble signing in, please confirm the username is correct before contacting the Help Desk to have the password reset manually.
  • Departmental Colleague Account Password Reset: Department Colleague accounts are unable to be reset without the help of the Help Desk. Contact the Help Desk with the Colleague username to get the password reset manually.
