Requesting an International Student and Scholar Management (ISSM) login/account.
Resolution/Troubleshooting
ISSM accounts can be created for Gannon employees with the authorization of Global Admissions & Outreach or Global Support & Student Engagement.
Information needed for requesting an account:
- Have your SEVIS RTI account set up and provide the SEVIS account ID.
- Specify the level of permissions needed in the ISSM software.
ITS will contact you with your ISSM login credentials when your account has been created.
