Problems Paying Bill On Proxy Account:

Due to a technical issue parents using proxy access are unable to make payments toward student accounts inside of self-service. Until this is resolved please make a payment at: www.gannon.edu/epayment.

Students can grant the parent access directly in cashnet by clicking here.

Then click on the "Send a payer invitation" to the parent, which will then allow the parent to see the balance in cashnet, vs inside of self-service.
