Microsoft Teams is the hub for team collaboration in Microsoft 365 that integrates the people, content, and tools your team needs to be more engaged and effective.
Eligibility
A team in Microsoft Teams is designed for a university organization to organize and share information. A team is designed for a medium to long term usage requiring more than simple organized chat and file sharing. ITS may recommend an alternative structure based on your membership profile and goals.
A team will not be created for specific class as an alternative to BlackBoard as an LMS. It may be considered as a supplemental tool to BlackBoard.
Request -faculty/staff use only-
To get started select "Request a team" and an M365 Subject Matter Expert will assist you with the setup. You will be required to submit a team name and purpose.
-Student orgs- Requests must be funneled through Tori Williams. Please talk to her and Tori will submit a request on your organization on your behalf.
